"Had my septic tank pump go out today and all tanks were full and we couldn't run any water in our house. We called Rick and he was able to come help us about an hour and a half after we called. He pumped all three tanks and pointed out some pretty big issues our septic system had. He referred us to another person coming to fix our pump issue in the next couple days. It was definitely a lot more expensive than I was expecting as google said the average cost is around $300-$600 but our area might be a bit more pricey so idk. We ended up paying a little more than $1,400 but he told us (and showed us) that because it had been so long since it was pumped. The build up of solids that accumulated was an extra fee. He referred us to another guy who works more with the pumps and took pictures to send him and set everything up which was nice. Rick is a solid guy overall, very knowledgeable and was able to come take care of us pretty darn quickly! Thanks Rick"
